Martin Lawson

Martin Lawson loves to pursue ‘big picture’ thinking, but can get quite nerdy about detail as well – he attributes some of this to a background in engineering where taking things apart, seeing how they work, and putting them back together so they work better is part of what he does.  Having worked as a senior manager in a UK corporate context, and then also in a charity setting in North Africa, he brings a broad range of experience and expertise to his work with others.  He would summarise what he does as “helping people think, then helping them do” – a mix of reflective strategy and practical action.  He is married with three nearly adult children and lives in the wilds of the north of England, but travels frequently.
